Abstract
Yanka Jaya Printing Company is a company engaged in the printing services sector, namely: design, banner printing, banners, cutting stickers, art tape, And other and so on. And an important factor in running a company is employees, employees are required to have good performance in order to improve the quality of the company. Therefore, it is important for employees to have high work motivation, namely as a driving force in working and being able to improve performance so that the work can be effective and integrated with all efforts they have in order to achieve the common good.
The research method used is Quantitative Research by collecting data through questionnaires. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Yanka Jaya Company. In this study, Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis and Correlation Coefficient Hypothesis Testing using the SPSS Version 25 program with 12 respondents.
Based on the results of the Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis, r s = 0.720 was obtained, which means that work motivation and employee performance at the Yanka Jaya Company have a strong relationship with a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. And for the Correlation Coefficient Hypothesis Test, the calculated t ( 4.7338 )> t table (1.81246) was obtained, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a real and positive relationship between work motivation with employee performance
